The 1964 design of the Utility Shirt featured V-cut pocket flaps, cuffed sleeves and domed plastic buttons. Like its predecessor, it was made from olive green (OG-107) 8.8oz cotton sateen.

4th Infantry Division Patch (front pocket) : The 4th Infantry Division is a division of the United States Army based at Fort Carson, Colorado. It is composed of a division headquarters battalion, three brigade combat teams (two Stryker and one armor), a combat aviation brigade, a division sustainment brigade, and a division artillery.

— Please note some light faded rust marks on sleeve (see picture #6 with coin for scale), a tiny tear near the pit and on the left sleeve ( see picture #7 and #9 with coin for scale) and a little mark on the lower back (#8).
