Return and Refund Policy

All sales are deemed final and no refunds or exchanges are allowed, subject to the following exception: 

— Rare Gear will provide online store credit on the following terms and conditions:

— All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

— Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse.

— All returns or exchanges must be received within 15 days of the original order date. 

— An RA number will be given upon request and will be needed for each single returns, this unique RA number will need to appear on the shipment in a clear fashion, see example below:
